Every product we launch, every ad we run, and every signal we capture feeds a system that gets smarter with time. We move quickly, question dogma, and design from first principles while blending engineering, analytics, and creativity into one feedback loop.

If you want to work where intelligence meets intuition, join us.

  • We’re looking for a CTO to unite our technical cores. You’ll evaluate and amalgamate the systems that learn from user behavior, and help define how intelligence becomes product. Equity is part of the package because this position shapes the company itself.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end evaluation and synthesis of Estrelar’s data, application, and analytics architecture.

    • Translate the company’s technological assets into a scalable, modular system, from ingestion pipelines to adaptive front-end logic.

    • Recruit, mentor, and structure the engineering team around velocity, reliability, and iteration.

    • Partner with founders to define the roadmap, milestones, and capital allocation.

    • Establish technical standards, deployment practices, and infrastructure governance.

    • Integrate behavioral, transactional, and media data into a unified framework that supports all product layers.

    • Drive the evolution of personalization, retention, and monetization engines.

    • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance under growth.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of engineering experience with deep expertise in data-centric or consumer-scale systems.

    • Hands-on builder comfortable owning architecture, deployment, and iteration in early stages.

    • Fluency in modern data stacks (Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, or equivalent).

    • Proven experience leading small, technical teams and shipping complex systems under resource constraints.

    • Strong understanding of product-driven engineering and measurable outcomes.

    • Ability to balance experimentation with long-term architectural clarity.

    Compensation

    • Competitive equity stake reflecting founding contribution.

    • Base compensation structured for early-stage alignment.

    Ideal Profile

An engineer-architect hybrid who thrives in zero-to-one environments. Someone who wants to own the technical soul of a company, not just manage its systems.
